About The Position
Fluid Tech Hydraulics is looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to work at the front counter. This hands-on role involves welcoming customers, helping resolve their issues, making hoses, and keeping the shop organized. The position works eight hours per day, with occasional overtime and some Saturdays.
Requirements

- Experience with hydraulic and industrial hose.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them at the front counter.
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and help resolve issues.
- Make hoses and support customers with their hose needs.
- Put away incoming stock and keep products organized.
- Clean and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
- Interact regularly with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
