About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring Homemakers, PCs, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Orange, MA and surrounding communities. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or completely new to home care, you can make a difference while building a career that fits your life. The pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. We offer flexible scheduling opportunities, including consistent scheduling, 8 to 12 hour shifts, day shifts, overnight shifts, and weekday/weekend opportunities. A $250 sign-on bonus is available for qualified new caregivers after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences.

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
