Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- All applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or in-home caregiver preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, non-medical home care to help seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands.
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
- Assist with transportation when applicable.
- Observe client well-being and report any changes.
- Encourage independence and maintain client dignity.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
