Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
English proficiency sufficient for professional workplace communication
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare or service settings
Experience using homecare scheduling or EMR software (such as HHAeXchange or Phoebe)
Knowledge of homecare and healthcare scheduling concepts, including authorization hours and service plans
Experience coordinating schedules and resolving issues with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors

Responsibilities

Manage caregiver scheduling and shift coverage to ensure optimal staffing for client needs
Coordinate client service requests and staffing changes, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
Maintain accurate schedules in homecare software systems and ensure data integrity
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors to resolve scheduling issues
Monitor compliance with authorization hours and service plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Prioritize and manage high-volume, fast-changing schedules in a dynamic environment
