About The Position
The Care Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supervising the delivery of services to agency clients in alignment with the company’s mission and standards of care. This position is accountable for adherence to regulatory and agency requirements for service provision and ensures compliance with and maintenance of client records. The Care Manager will work closely with HomeWell Agency leadership to develop and ensure cultural, organizational and business standards are aligned and empower the Caregiver to administer best in class in-home care where individual client needs are prioritized and accomodated.
Requirements
- Experience as a Care Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of regulatory and agency requirements for service provision.
- Ability to maintain client records.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with agency leadership to align standards.
- Ability to empower caregivers.
Responsibilities
