About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely, customer-focused order completion and a seamless pickup and delivery experience. The role oversees end-to-end fulfillment processes, supports customer satisfaction, and drives digital sales growth in a fast-paced, hands-on store environment.

The manager leads and develops Home Shopping associates, plans staffing around order volume and peak demand, monitors performance metrics, and ensures associates use fulfillment technology and systems properly. The role also partners with department leaders on inventory availability and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, safety, and company operating standards.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery processes where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance metrics, including order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks that affect orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
