About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations and supports a team responsible for completing customer orders accurately and on time. The role oversees the end-to-end fulfillment process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable, while delivering a high-quality pickup and delivery experience and resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.

The manager ensures proper use of fulfillment technology and systems, monitors operational and customer-service metrics, and creates schedules aligned with order volume and productivity needs. The role also partners with department leaders on inventory issues, hires and develops associates, and maintains food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operating standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting customer orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
