About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital order fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time while providing strong customer service. The role oversees the end-to-end fulfillment process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable, and supports digital sales growth and store performance. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for managing staff, schedules, technology use, operational metrics, inventory-related issues, and compliance with food safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
