About The Position

Three Stone Homes is hiring construction professionals to support the installation and completion of manufactured and modular homes as the company opens a new retail location at Lake of the Ozarks. Depending on experience, team members may focus on home setup and installation, including positioning homes, structural assembly, roofing, siding, exterior builds, and land-preparation assistance, or finish construction, including drywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, and final interior details. The role also involves working safely and efficiently, supporting crews and other trades, keeping job sites clean and organized, and helping deliver high-quality finished homes. The company offers consistent 45+ hours per week, competitive starting pay of $20–$30 per hour based on skills, experience, and leadership ability, a 90-day review with potential for a pay increase, and potential quarterly incentives. Travel may be required occasionally, with per diem provided.

Requirements

Construction experience with trade-specific skills is required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow direction and adapt.
Mechanical aptitude and tool experience.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clear a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Position homes and assist with structural assembly, roofing, siding, and exterior builds.
