About The Position

GENZ RYAN IS HIRING A TEAM SALES COACH TO HELP OUR HVAC, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL FIELD TECHNICIANS! We don’t do average. We run on five core values: Pride. Drive. Team Player. Respect. We’re looking for a disciplined, hungry, and self-starting Sales Coach who can elevate our technicians, and help turn opportunities into revenue while giving our customers the most elite experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a high-performing sales role
• Strong sales instincts + ability to build trust fast
• You move with urgency and don’t get rattled by chaos
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Comfortable giving direct, honest feedback
• Solid communication skills (verbal + written)
• You roll with change instead of fighting it
• You make people around you, better

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction) = huge plus

Responsibilities

• Coach and assist technicians in real time from the office (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical)
• Jump into live customer calls to help guide conversations and close deals
• Make sure every call gets a thorough, consistent evaluation
• Help techs present Good / Better / Best options with confidence
• Run virtual walkthroughs for bigger ticket opportunities
• Partner with techs to qualify leads and close deals
• Do occasional ride-alongs for hands-on coaching
• Track performance and keep the team sharp using our tools
