Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in home repair, remodeling, or maintenance
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
- Own a standard set of hand and power tools
- Reliable truck or van for transporting tools and materials
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Experience working across multiple trades in residential settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of home repair and maintenance tasks
- Handle projects involving carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical work
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company well on job sites
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain tools and ensure readiness for daily assignments
