Your day will be filled with diverse projects, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, tile work, plumbing, and electrical tasks. You will utilize your skills to solve problems efficiently and work independently, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and electrical work
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
Own a reliable truck or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials for jobs
Possess a standard set of hand and power tools necessary for various tasks
Comfortable commuting into Madison daily for job assignments

Nice To Haves

Experience with customer service and communication to ensure a friendly client interaction
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in home repair and renovation
Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members
