Requirements

5+ years of experience in maintenance or trades
A valid driver's license with proof of insurance
A reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, van, or SUV)
Ownership of basic tools necessary for general maintenance, repairs, and handyman projects
Ability to climb ladders
Capable of lifting 50+ pounds without assistance
Must reside within 30 miles of Eden Prairie, MN
Excellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendors
Punctual, efficient, and committed to exceeding customer expectations
