About The Position

This is a high-impact, high-earning field sales role where you control your success. The role involves taking daily ownership of your territory, hunting for additional business opportunities, servicing company-provided leads, assessing prospect needs, conducting in-home water tests, and presenting tailored solutions. You will utilize proven sales strategies to close more sales and write bigger tickets, follow up with customers for additional opportunities and referrals, build trust and long-term relationships, and partner with service and installation teams for a seamless customer experience. You will also grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community presence, track your activity and results, and provide weekly updates to your Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
  • Assess prospect needs, conduct in‑home water tests and present tailored solutions to homeowners
  • Utilize proven sales strategies to closer more sales and write bigger tickets
  • Follow-up with customers that purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities, as well as referral offerings
  • Build trust and long‑term relationships with homeowners
  • Partner with service and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community presence
  • Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
  • Provide weekly updates, activities & pipeline opportunities to Sales Manager
