The role offers a realistic income potential of $90,000 – $220,000+ (base/commission/bonuses), with top producers earning in excess of $300K. The work environment is varied, including home office, company office, in-home appointments, follow-up visits, home shows, and expos. Ongoing training is provided by internal leaders and industry experts. This is a mission-driven company that helps families access cleaner, safer water.

Responsibilities

  • Take daily ownership of your territory and make efforts to “hunt” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
  • Assess prospect needs, conduct in-home water tests and present tailored solutions to homeowners
  • Utilize proven sales strategies to closer more sales and write bigger tickets
  • Follow-up with customers that purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities, as well as referral offerings
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
  • Partner with service and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community presence
  • Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
  • Provide weekly updates, activities & pipeline opportunities to Sales Manager
