About The Position

Regional Homes of Ocala, Florida is seeking professional, motivated, career-driven individuals to sell award-winning floor plans in new home site developments throughout the area. Previous sales experience is not required; the company is looking for candidates with the right attitude and a solid work ethic. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prospect, market, and promote new business.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Work and communicate effectively with the team and customers.
• Understand the loan process and credit analysis.
• Work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday, evenings, and some holidays.
