About The Position

This position performs delivery, setup, education, and sizing of equipment to patients in various hospitals, physicians' offices, home office, or patients' homes. The role involves obtaining, securing, and transferring all pertinent documentation prior to delivery of equipment. Additionally, the technician will perform preventative maintenance and repair of equipment, maintain off-site inventories, and order, stock, and log equipment from vendors and suppliers. Cleaning and testing of returned equipment per policy is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of inventory control required.
• Current, valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities required.
• General computer knowledge preferred.

• Past experience working with patients and home medical equipment preferred.
