Requirements

A Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain one before you start — we’ll support you through it.
Sales, broking, lending, or customer service experience.
A genuine passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
Drive, motivation, integrity, and a desire to build a long-term career in the mortgage and property space.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Support customers through their home loan journey via phone, email, and video.
Work on Australia’s #1 home loan platform, helping drive settlements up to 4x faster.
Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you, so you’re not wasting time on cold leads.
Submit deals to our in-house processing team, who help manage the admin and keep applications moving.
Access referral income beyond broking, including opportunities across buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and other integrated property services.
Use AI-powered tools and smart automation designed to reduce admin, surface opportunities, and help you stay connected with customers throughout their journey.
