About The Position
A growing national company is seeking individuals to join a team of professional home inspectors. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable, and presentable, and follows our standard process to complete an accurate, thorough quality home inspection and detailed report.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including patience with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Physically fit for climbing ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or other.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete an accurate, thorough quality home inspection and detailed report.
- Work in various weather conditions.
- Climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time.
- Utilize solid computer technology skills for report writing and communications.
- Stay current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Continually develop advanced technical knowledge in building science.
- Answer all client questions during and after the inspection.
