About The Position

As a Home Infusion Nurse with Coram CVS Specialty Infusion, you provide specialized infusion care in patients’ homes, building one-on-one relationships with patients and their families. The role offers an autonomous, per diem schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week, serving Boise and surrounding areas. Drives of up to two hours each way are possible; travel time is paid and a travel reimbursement program is available. Hours are mostly during the day, with occasional early-evening work. The position requires occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds and participation in a telephonic on-call rotation as staffing and business needs indicate; Idaho nurses currently do not participate in that rotation. You will provide a broad range of infusion therapies and nursing visits, patient education, and care in accordance with physicians’ treatment plans. The role uses clinical IV experience and customer-service skills to coordinate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners. Nurses receive ongoing training in specialty infusion technology and clinical requirements. Eligible certification and recertification expenses, including for CRNI certification, may be reimbursed. The position is part-time and per diem. The stated pay range is $26.01–$56.14. The role may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
