About The Position
KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide infusion care in patients’ homes. The nurse works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help ensure prescribed infusion therapies are administered safely and effectively. The role includes providing one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment, using clinical IV experience and a personal approach to support patients, and building lasting patient relationships. The position offers schedule flexibility.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Excellent IV start skills.
- Current state driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment.
- Use clinical IV experience to assist patients with infusion therapy in their homes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective administration of prescribed infusion therapies.
