About The Position
KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy and patient care in patients’ homes. The nurse works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help ensure prescribed infusion therapies are safely and effectively administered in the home setting. The role includes one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment, using clinical IV experience and a personal approach to build lasting relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Excellent IV start skills.
- Current state driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber’s plan of treatment.
- Assist patients with infusion therapy in the comfort of their homes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective administration of prescribed infusion therapies.
- Build lasting relationships with patients.
