About The Position

This is a PRN (as needed) position for a Home Infusion / IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Savannah, GA area. This role is fully remote and autonomous, offering a change from the traditional hospital setting with a focus on work-life balance and building one-on-one patient relationships. The position involves providing immune globulin infusion therapies, utilizing clinical IV experience and a personal touch to care for patients in their homes. It includes one-on-one nursing care visits, patient education, and requires excellent communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners. Continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion is provided, with reimbursement for eligible certifications like Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN).

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current license in Georgia and the ability to be licensed in other states.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

Nice To Haves

• Three years' nursing experience
• One year infusion experience
• Home healthcare experience
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in our patients' homes
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners.
• Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
