About The Position

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to learn additional systems including, ServLoan and Unifi
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • One year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides telephone support for customers
  • Counsels customers regarding loan accounts
  • Documents conversations with customers and actions taken
  • Processes customer payments via phone
  • Preforms customer account maintenance requests
  • Reviews and notes accounts for customer correspondence
  • Performs other assigned tasks when appropriate
