About The Position

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice Clinical Care Coordinator position in the home hospice setting. This role is often referred to as the Director of Clinical Services in many hospice agencies. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall direction and oversight of hospice clinical services. This leadership position helps establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives that support high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with Conditions of Participation, State regulations, and company policies and procedures. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced hospice nurse looking to step into a leadership role with a supportive company that truly values its team.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license
• Must have at least 1 year of hospice experience
• Must have at least 1 year of management experience in any healthcare setting
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Willing and able to work full-time hours
