About The Position

We are hiring a Full-Time Hospice RN for a home health setting. This role involves providing hospice nursing care in patient homes, managing caseloads, coordinating plans of care, performing skilled nursing treatments, and symptom management. The RN will support patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care, educate caregivers, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. The position requires travel between nearby patient locations throughout the day.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of nursing experience
• Active RN license
• Strong compassionate communication style
• Comfortable building relationships with patients and families
• Positive, supportive bedside manner
• Willing and able to travel between patient homes and communities

Nice To Haves

• Hospice or home health experience preferred
