Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and comfort in using computer applications like Microsoft Office, including scheduling software
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare and staffing or scheduling strongly preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license a plus.
- Bilingualism preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain staffing schedules to meet patient care requirements.
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers.
- Coordinate caregiver onboarding and training.
- Manage caregiver performance and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Utilize scheduling software and other relevant technology.
- Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
