About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a part-time, per-visit Home Health RN to complete weekend admissions in patients’ homes. The RN completes admissions and OASIS assessments, then hands ongoing care to the rest of the team. Optional weekday visits—including resumption of care, recertification, and routine visits—are available but not required. The RN chooses how much work to take on, with scheduling built around other commitments. Weekend admissions pay $100 per visit. Optional weekday visits pay $75 for resumption of care, $60 for recertification, and $35 for routine visits. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.64 per mile, and pay is issued weekly on Fridays. The role offers one-patient-at-a-time visits and support from a local office team with scheduling, documentation questions, and field concerns. Health coverage is available when working 30 or more hours per week, effective the first of the month after 60 days. The service area includes Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is locally owned and provides home health, hospice, and personal care throughout the metro. Its care philosophy, HomeLife Enrichment, supports patients’ physical health, emotional well-being, and meaningful life at home. The team also participates in community activities including Meals on Wheels and Veteran-to-Veteran coffee gatherings.
