About The Position
Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice, voted one of the Best Companies to Work For in the West, is hiring multiple Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Pierce County, Washington location due to rapid growth and new territory openings. This position offers a competitive salary of $45-60 an hour, depending on experience. Due to a full training cohort, only RNs with prior home health/hospice agency experience will be considered at this time. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
Nice To Haves
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
- Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
- Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
- Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services
