About The Position
At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most. This role is for nurses seeking meaningful work, greater independence, and the opportunity to make a difference when patients need it most. The schedule involves providing skilled nursing care after hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers one-on-one patient care and autonomy with the support of an experienced clinical team.
Requirements
- Missouri RN license in good standing
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Dependable and responsive

- Home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care after hours.
- Help patients remain safe and comfortable at home.
- Support families during critical moments.
- Act as a calm voice on the phone.
- Perform home visits when needed.
- Provide support to patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
