About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice ('Residential') is seeking to expand its care team with a Home Health Registered Nurse. This position involves collaborating to manage and deliver patient care plans, supporting patients in Dexter, Chelsea, Ann Arbor, Saline, and surrounding areas. The role is eligible for a $5,000 first-year success bonus for achieving key milestones.

Requirements

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
