About The Position

This position supports patients in Justice, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
Requirements
- Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.
- Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
- Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
