About The Position

At Residential Home Health and Hospice, we are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our care team. This role involves collaborating to manage and deliver patient care plans. Requirements

RN license in the state you work
Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
