About The Position

Inspired Home Care is a 5-Star Agency and ACHC-accredited, rapidly expanding organization hiring PRN and part-time Home Health RNs. The nurse manages an independent caseload and provides one-on-one care to patients in their homes, allowing appropriate time and attention to meet each patient’s needs.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• One year of experience in in-home care.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred knowledge of WellSky Kinnser.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ conditions during every visit and chart observations.
• Perform evaluations, including vital signs, medication reviews, OASIS assessments, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home health care strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and others involved in the patient’s care plan.
• Recommend devices or tools that may improve patients’ quality of life.
• Listen to patients and respond to their concerns or requests.
• Manage an independent caseload and travel to multiple patients per day.
