About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice, and a consistent Top Workplace. This is a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Tunkhannock, PA area. This position is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus, with bonus opportunities extending beyond the first year.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work.
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning.
• Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but never alone.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
