About The Position

Dependable Nursing is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout Northeast Phoenix and Fountain Hills. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN with Home Health experience who enjoys working independently, building meaningful patient relationships, and providing quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing
• Home Health nursing experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Northeast Phoenix territory, including Fountain Hills

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits throughout the assigned Northeast Phoenix territory
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, safety, and home care
• Coordinate care with therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
