Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Strong clinical, communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, re-assessments & skilled nursing care
- Handle urgent visits, new admissions & high-priority cases
- Coordinate care with families, physicians & internal teams
- Support training, supervision & overall clinical excellence
