About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The position is located in East Orlando, FL, with coverage areas including Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, Bithlo, Geneva, and Chuluota, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing more time for patient care.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
