About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The position involves 1:1 patient care in the home within the coverage area of Lithia to Plant City, FL 33547 / Northeast Hillsborough County. Territories are designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
