You’ll provide skilled care in patients’ homes and help them recover, manage their health, and stay independent. Because parking is part of working in Boston, we provide a paid parking pass for this territory.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
At least one year of clinical nursing experience
Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and travel throughout Boston Proper, including Chinatown
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and lift 50–100 pounds

Responsibilities

Guide patients through their home health care, from assessment to discharge.
Provide skilled nursing visits.
Develop and update care plans.
Manage an assigned caseload.
Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians.
Teach patients and caregivers how to manage medications, treatments, and health conditions at home.

Guaranteed salary of $90,000–$115,000, based on experience, plus a productivity bonus
