About The Position

Ascension at Home, Together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery and their ability to stay at home. This role enables patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in activities they enjoy. The RN will empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management and will provide case management and clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
