About The Position

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients’ recovery and ability to remain at home, helping them spend quality time with loved ones and pursue activities they enjoy. The RN educates patients and families about disease management to help them reach their healthcare goals, and case manages and provides clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
