About The Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse supports patients’ recovery and ability to remain at home, helping them spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The nurse educates patients and families on disease management to help them reach healthcare goals, and case manages and provides clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. The position offers flexible scheduling, onboarding, continuing education, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career development within a supportive, inclusive culture.
Requirements
- RN license in the state where the employee works.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
