Requirements
- Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Accurate clinical charting skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to high-quality patient advocacy.
- Must be available every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one home health visits.
- Conduct 15-minute and 45-minute patient visits.
