About The Position
AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join their team in Palm Beach County. This role focuses on providing one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, and making a significant difference in patients' lives. Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
- TB test within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Experience with EHR documentation systems
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care experience
- Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients
- Bilingual Spanish/English/Creole
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients.
- Manage patients requiring ventilator and trach care.
- Oversee PEG tube management.
- Administer IV therapy.
- Provide wound care.
- Work closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes.
