About The Position
Join VNA of Florida, a home health leader with 50 years of service, as a Physical Therapist (PT) for skilled home health care visits in Palm Beach County. This role involves working independently to provide in-home physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and function. You will also educate patients and caregivers, coordinate care with physicians and clinicians, and maintain clinical documentation. Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
