About The Position
For 50 years, VNA of Florida has provided trusted home health care throughout Florida. We are seeking compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) who enjoy working independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This role involves completing in-home physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and improving patient mobility, strength, balance, and function. The position also includes educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently
