This position involves completing in-home physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation. Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently
