About The Position

Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Referral Coordinator position. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks supporting hospice, private duty, and skilled home health employees and clients, as well as additional responsibilities as assigned in a manner consistent with the Acts culture of loving-kindness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ medical office experience
  • Home health, hospice, or home care experience is strongly preferred
