We're building our PRN PTA team and offering competitive per-visit pay with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Active PTA license (Ohio)
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
• Minimum 1 year of clinical physical therapy assistant experience

Nice To Haves

• Prior home health experience
• Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
• Experience working under PT supervision in a community or home-based setting

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services in patients' homes.
• Complete documentation in EMR within 24 hours.
• Upload orders/signatures.
• Meet QA standards for visits.
